On June 25, 2018, Caserta left notes to several friends and his parents, walked out on the flight line at Naval Station Norfolk, and hurled himself into the spinning tail rotor of an MH-60 helicopter. Interviewing his parents Patrick and Teri Caserta, witnesses, and friends, River City Charlie has put together an episode that delves deep into this complex story uncovering what drove a mentally and physically healthy young man to take such a drastic step into suicide.
